The Nordson Optimix 2K systems offer users simple yet high precision handling for two component materials with improved process security.

Optimix 2K Precision System

Affordable entry into the world of electronic metering and mixing of two component materials. By the use of different flow meters and valves the system can be tailored for user requirements. Specification can be for low or high pressure applications using paints in a wide viscosity range and with flow rates from millilitres up to litters per minute.

Automated colour change and solvent flush with air “scrubbing” is available.

The Optimix System also calculates solvent consumption data necessary for compliance with VOC regulations.

The system can be connected to a PC via an interface.
